Note that the shipping time does include the production period. Each item is made-to-order, requiring up to 2 business days for production.

We aim to provide global shipping, but some items may only be available in the EU, USA, and Canada. Shipping availability is clearly indicated on the product or checkout page.

PIXARTT will review requests for replacements or refunds within 100 days of the order date. If a product is missing, damaged, or misprinted, we will replace it. PIXARTT is not responsible for errors due to incorrect customer information, such as wrong names or addresses, and additional charges may apply.

You can return a print within 100 days of delivery for a full refund of the product value minus shipping costs, provided it is in its original condition and unused. Returns must be sent at the customer&apos;s expense to the address on our contact page. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. If only part of an order is returned, original shipping costs will not be refunded. Custom prints are non-refundable.
